BRITTON EXPORT TIMBERS PTY LTD 

Britton Export Timbers as the name implies is the export division for the Britton Group.  Founded in 2001 to concentrate in export markets, we bring to the world our fine hardwood timbers and sliced veneers from the temperate forests of Tasmania.  In addition we offer other Australian and Pacific hardwood timbers to compliment our own species.

These timbers and veneers are ideally suited for a range of applications, such as furniture, flooring, commercial fit out, internal decoration and musical instruments.  Specifications and technical data on all species are available on separate literature.

With the Tasmanian operation's AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000 quality management system in place customers can be assured of receiving product that will meet their requirements, whether it is kiln dried sawn timber, sliced veneer or machined product such as flooring.

Customers are assured of continuing supply by way of our sustainable forest management practices, which meet environmental standards thoughout the world.

Our export team has the experience to ensure ongoing professional service and that supply will be in accordance with any sale contract.  Currently we export to USA, China, Singapore and New Zealand.  Shipping is offered from all main ports in Australia, giving the customer a trouble free CIF price to any destination.  All timber is inspected prior to being placed in containers when the quarantine/sanitary certificates are issued in accordance with the requirements of most countries.
